After ever increasing demand for raw dog feed we were asked to design a large freezer blast room that will pull the heat from the product within a couple of hrs. By using high speed fans with impellers fitted and the latest technology in condensing units we have been able to chill the product from an ambient temperature down to -20 within a small amount of time. Because the process can be carried out within a couple of hours it means high volumes can be achieved daily.
